Totals for the transports to Auschwitz

[edit]

In the table of transports to Auschwitz, some of the totals don't add up correctly. The entry for 19 April gives 536 women and 46 men registered. It should probably be 464 men, as that gives a total of 1000. For 29 April, the total of 303, 423 and 300 is 1023, not 1054. For 16-18 July, the total of 178, 327 and 459 is 964, not 1000. I can't verify whether the discrepancy is present in the sources, as I don't have access to them. Roches (talk) 01:05, 18 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Roches, I just double-checked and all of these figures correctly reproduce the table in Buchler, p. 320. buidhe 01:42, 18 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
I thought that was most likely the case — that the article accurately reproduces the figures in the source — so I didn't change or add anything. You could add something to the note at the bottom of the table, something equivalent to sic, if you think it'd be helpful to other readers, but I'm not sure how necessary that really is.
