Individual Border Crossing Articles

This table has been a valuable resource for a number of years, but it's time to create more detailed articles about each of the crossings. I am writing them as time allows, but it takes time to do them. I have articles for all the crossings east of the Great Lakes, and have started working from west to east, starting in Alaska. As I get them finished, I am creating links from this table. Currently the municipality that shares the name of each crossing is linked, which is often irrelevant. The individual crossing articles are generally a little thin; they are mostly placeholders for others to add content. This is done, but unfortunately someone keeps changing the links from the border crossing articles to the nearby towns that share its name. Please don't do this. This is a list of border crossings, not a list of border towns.Wbaron (talk) 16:55, 19 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Osoyoos closed on holidays?

The page lists the Osoyoos, BC Canadian port of entry as closed on holidays. That's not really supported by reliable sources or true from my personal experience (crossing there quite frequently). The CBSA web site has an "*Except holidays" flag on the hours but doesn't say what the hours are on holidays. I'm quite sure they're 24 hours on holidays too; they processed my immigration to Canada on the Canadian Thanksgiving Day, for example. —Alex (Ashill | talk | contribs) 05:08, 17 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

You're correct, this has been a 24/7/365 border crossing ever since they built the joint border station. The page is correct now. Wbaron (talk) 15:31, 19 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

"Breeze" Ferry

In there early 2000s there was a ferry from Toronto to Rochester, called The Breeze. Both ferry terminals had border facilities. Not sure what section to add this to? Magnolia677 (talk) 23:21, 3 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

We don't have a section for former ferry services. I suppose one could be added. During the early 2000s, this line was included in the international ferry section, along with one from Portland, ME to Yarmouth, NS. These were just deleted when the services were discontinued. Gilbert Road-Route de Bellechasse

Someone manually auto-archived my comment, which is:
