If you are going to include the AFL you should rename this page list of AFL/AFC champions Smith03 (talk) 17:18, 25 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Tony Banks?

Why would pass attempts be the "tie breaker" and not the guy who started the Championship game and Super Bowl? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 192.193.171.152 (talk) 13:58, 19 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

AFL champions shouldn't be included here

[edit]

The page should either be renamed to "List of AFL and AFC champions", or the AFL champions should be removed from the table. The "AFC" didn't exist before 1970, so there can't be any AFC champions before that time. The List of NFC champions doesn't include the pre-merger NFL championships, so why should this page include the pre-merger AFL champions? Lizard (talk) 01:36, 22 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Diversify the Photos

[edit]

A photo of Tom Brady is good, considering his six AFC titles. Maybe a photo of Patriots Bellichock is warranted. But the only other photo is Joe Namath of the Jets. There are many more teams in 3 other divisions, but no photos, especially none from the actual championship games. The photos need better diversity. This is a sport with colorful uniforms, violent collisions, and emotional triumphs! Since this article has high importance, please tell me Wikipedia or Wikimedia (or whatever) has better photos than Broadway Joe 20+ years past his prime! -- Srwalden (talk) 06:33, 2 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

The table has no indication of Home vs. Visitor.

[edit]

It should be easy to identify the home team vs. the visitor in the table. This could be accomplished with a location column or by color coding the losing team (since some winning teams are color coded to indicate SB win). 174.61.170.36 (talk) 08:06, 14 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
