Environmental subject?

- It's related to the environment, the idea being that if an environment can't support people, giving them resources from another one is not going to solve the problem. Article Clean up
[edit]OK all you people, I fixed the article up. this is all good stuff, so rathar than deleting it down to 5 scentences again; TELL ME WHAT IS WRONG.
