Hi, User:Zigzig20s, this happens. I see the photos document appears to be correct, but the text document saved here has contents relevant for Los Ojos (Parkview) Fish Hatchery in New Mexico, instead. I checked to see if there was a switch (which has sometimes happened), i.e. if the docs for the fish hatchery really covered Lewiston, but no. I think the document problem should be documented in a note in the article (with clarity about photos being right) and the issue should be noted at wp:NRIS info issues UT. To be addressed somehow later. And/or you could begin corresponding about it. You could email to the National Register, asking for the document, and tell them what they have posted is for the wrong place.
