Hello @MycoMutant: Do you want to return the gallery at the bottom of that section? It wouldn't be between the section header and the text. Invasive Spices (talk) 13 July 2022 (UTC)

@Invasive Spices: So my thinking with the gallery was that it provided a few examples of the mushrooms in different states of maturity/variable cap shapes and all the photos were from house plants. So it could provide some contextual ID help and examples for people. However whilst the gallery was horizontally arranged on my desktop screen and worked nicely it just turned into one image after the other vertically on mobile and was a pain to scroll through more than anything else.
I've not tried using a gallery before (just took that one from the Leucoagaricus page and changed the images) so didn't know if there was a better way to arrange it to prevent that. I think that is still going to be a problem if it's at the bottom of the section. Though perhaps chemistry could be moved up (I was going to try to research it more and expand it first) so the plant section is the last one and would close out the article with the images. I'm new to this and not sure on the etiquette and general protocol when it comes to bogging down pages with too many images so I was just going to leave it up to others to experiment with until I've learned more. Gallery is in my sandbox at the moment so might mess around with it a bit more and see if I can find something which works but take a crack at it by all means if you think it works.MycoMutant (talk) 14:48, 13 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
They are most commonly at the bottom of the article – before the references – for that reason. I think your gallery would look good there. Invasive Spices (talk) 13 July 2022 (UTC)
Thanks for the help. You're right, I think it does work and look good. I think the 'A single fruit body of L. birnbaumii' image could do with addressing though. On mobile it is in the description section and looks good but on desktop it's just kind of in the way now. I'm still learning the markup and stuff so not sure what to do with it. Also may be worth looking at the code on the gallery. If I change any settings in visual it breaks so I'm sure my code is probably wrong somehow. Syntax has never been my strong suit.MycoMutant (talk) 15:26, 13 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I have moved the image to |image2=. Invasive Spices (talk) 13 July 2022 (UTC)
