Why I undid the undiscussed page move.

[edit]

Thank you to the person who first moved this article for caring enough to try to make it better.

However, the disambiguation in the title is necessary because Lesya Ukrainka is a very prominent writer and cultural figure in Ukraine. Multiple museums and museum exhibits are dedicated to her memory across that land. The one in Yalta specifically celebrated the influence of Crimea in her life and writings.

And thank you to the others who are making it better, too. Oona Wikiwalker (talk) 02:24, 15 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

The name of the museum is "Lesya Ukrainka Museum". There are no other articles on Wikipedia with this title. I have since moved this draft to mainspace to the title Lesya Ukrainka Museum, to comply with MOS:PRECISION. Utopes (talk / cont) 09:39, 15 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
With all due respect, you're applying MOS:PRECISION incorrectly in this instance because there is only one Mother Theresa but, just as there are multiple Columbias, there are other, more prominent, museums dedicated to Lesya Ukrainka and it is only a matter of time until they get English Wikipedia articles too. We shouldn't kick the can down the road on this issue. Oona Wikiwalker (talk) 16:58, 15 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
When the other museums receive articles, then the disambiguation can be added. There is zero need to apply this disambiguation pre-emptively, as there is no guarantee that there will be more articles added in the first place. This is the location that the AfC draft has been accepted to, so I've reverted the move for now. Utopes (talk / cont) 18:43, 15 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
