Dates of site disbandment
[edit]There is a contradiction in dates regarding the disbandment of the Tampan site. It says about it is about 30,000 years ago that Supervolcano Toba erupted, but it should be 70,000 years ago.
I think there should be separate article for Perak Man, etc. The article should be mainly about Lenggong only. kawaputratorque 10:55, 13 August 2007 (UTC)
Also really no need to go into African human history in a localized archaeological article. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 101.109.71.67 (talk) 05:34, 10 April 2012 (UTC)

Discrepancy
[edit]It is clear that the Archaeology section was edited by several editors that did not read each other edits. For example: the section starting with "The Lenggong Valley in upper Perak, is an important archaeological site", that should have started the whole Archaeology section, is partly a repetition of the previous section and also a contradiction to the statements in the previous section "The two exceptions are the Kota Tampan and Bukit Jawa sites. These two are Peninsular Malaysia's only Palaeolithic sites." because it list two other sites (Kampung Gelok and Kampung Temelong) from the Palaeolithic period. So the whole section should be seriously edited. This statement about "Peninsular Malaysia's only Palaeolithic sites.", which is repeated twice in the article, is also wrong because a Paleolithic site was found in Kedah (Stone tools from Paleolithic era unearthed in Malaysian caves). Also, the statement about Bujang Valley is irrelevant to the article about Lenggong. אביהו (talk) 06:38, 19 February 2022 (UTC)
