"People" vs "Individuals"

[edit]

@Ost316: regarding this edit, I thought using the standard "People" heading would be confusing since there is an entry for Lele people, and several of the other languages were spoken by groups that could be similarly labeled "Lele people". I won't undo your edit, but didn't know if you caught this nuance.

Also, why did you change the birth/death years when the wikipedia articles source the years as originally listed? Hoof Hearted (talk) 21:09, 20 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for taking the time to review and question my edits. I made it "People" because that's how it tends to be on disambiguation pages, but I did not follow your rationale for using "Individuals". I think that heading is reasonable here and I will change it.
As for the birth date, the tool uses the categories on the pages. Since Lele Marchitelli was in Category:1954 births, the tool thought that the given range was wrong and I neglected to check why it was changing it. I have fixed the categorization on the Marchitelli article to Category:1955 births and will correct this disambiguation. —Ost (talk) 21:41, 20 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
That's understandable. I've also fixed the categorization on the Lele (rapper) article to Category: 2010 deaths and corrected this disambiguation. Hoof Hearted (talk) 13:30, 21 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
