The history between Lebanon and Israel is relevant to the article.
[edit]When a wiki page is written, the public is owed full disclosure. The fact that one BBC article didn't go into the history between the 2 countries does not make it the truth or the documented history going forward. Not adding critical pieces of information is as equal to lying about them. The text that I have added about the history between the 2 countries is all properly referenced and actually states the lowest estimates in all of the references cited. Either the entire wall of text stays or it all goes. The x phoenician (talk) 03:15, 12 August 2016 (UTC)
- It is not, and its apparent other editors do not agree with you. At best a link to any relevant articles should be good. Sportsfan 1234 (talk) 03:22, 12 August 2016 (UTC)
I will refine the links and add them to the reference list at the bottom. I will test them before I publish my edition The x phoenician (talk) 03:35, 12 August 2016 (UTC)
- I would strongly suggest that you not add any of this material to this article or to Lebanon at the Olympics unless consensus is reached on the talk pages to support the addition. See Talk:Lebanon at the Olympics#History between the two countries is relevant to the incident in rio Meters (talk) 03:52, 12 August 2016 (UTC)
Fair enough. I have posted my response to the "Lebanon at the Olympics" talk page. Looking forward to your response. Thanks The x phoenician (talk) 04:03, 12 August 2016 (UTC)
