Neutrality?

- Completely agree. The language and tone is way over the top! In addition, I expect many of the claims/awards are attributable to the company/partnership, rather than solely to Scarpa. Proof would be needs that he was the lead designer and/or singled out for special mention. There is already an adequate article, Pugh + Scarpa, which details the company's achievements.
