Type of peerage ?

"Landmark Case" ?

The file-sharing case is the only case decided by this judge which is mentioned in the article. Although obviously of special interest to a small sub-set of the internet community, it is not a "landmark" case at all, UK lawyers were already well aware that copyright infringement was illegal. The judge has many other far more notable cases.
