Law of the Republic of China → Law of Taiwan – The ROC law has applied to Taiwan since 1945. Before then it had Japanese laws and such. Wrestlingring (talk) 13:33, 24 September 2017 (UTC)

Splitting?
[edit]Should this be split into two articles?:
- Law in Taiwan
- Law of the Republic of China? Kaihsu (talk) 09:49, 24 June 2021 (UTC)
Compare the various language versions and also the Wikidata entry. Kaihsu (talk) 09:50, 24 June 2021 (UTC)
Recent Judicial Reform (2020-TBD)
[edit]The wiki page Law of Taiwan doesn't mention a recent judicial reform.
Since 2020 this reform upgraded Taiwan's Democracy index from a "flawed democracy" to a "full democracy" indicating a fundamental change. A little more info can be found at [Index at wiki]
Furthermore, from this link it appears to be an ongoing endeavor.
Nevertheless, I did not find any official (plain english) details regarding this reform. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Vollach (talk • contribs) 11:46, 13 April 2023 (UTC)
Formosa, Fuchien → Taiwan, Kinmen and Lianjiang
