Recent Judicial Reform (2020-TBD)

[edit]

The wiki page Law of Taiwan doesn't mention a recent judicial reform.

Since 2020 this reform upgraded Taiwan's Democracy index from a "flawed democracy" to a "full democracy" indicating a fundamental change. A little more info can be found at [Index at wiki]

Furthermore, from this link it appears to be an ongoing endeavor.

Nevertheless, I did not find any official (plain english) details regarding this reform. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Vollach (talkcontribs) 11:46, 13 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Kinmen and Lianjiang are not in the province of Fujian. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2001:B011:E:3733:15A9:B7F4:F79B:D04A (talk) 08:51, 10 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
