Review
[edit]Untitled
[edit]- “She was born in Padova, Italy and studied at the University of Padova,[1] going on to receive a PhD in physics from Johns Hopkins University in 1996. She became a professor at Rutgers University in 2004.[2] She also worked at the California Institute of Technology.[3] Ferrarese was named guest lecturer for the Helen Sawyer Hogg Prize Lecture in 2014.[2]” - very choppy language
- “previously a Past Member “ redundant
- If possible add birth year in info box
- “Ferrarese is president of the Canadian Astronomical Society. She is a recognized leader in research into supermassive black holes. She has led several major galaxy surveys with the Hubble Space Telescope and the Canada–France–Hawaii Telescope.[2]” - redundant because this is mentioned in nearly every section
- I would consider changing the “Life” section to “Personal Life” or something similar to that if you can find any information on her outside of her work. *I think her education and current job fit in there but I’m not sure if ongoing research is right for that section.
- Well linked
- More images would add to the article
- The link on the first source does not seem to link right, although the source is verifiable.
- Add University of Padova to the academic background section of the info box
