Notability?

[edit]

He might have said he didn’t want to be known as Mr Elizabeth Taylor, but that’s the entire basis of his notability. He doesn’t need an article of his own. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2A00:23C7:8905:CC01:6835:FB37:380E:9A2D (talk) 09:48, 6 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

who said he is the last husband of Elizabeth Taylor? Astorknlam 19:00 (UTC)

Well, can you name anyone she married after divorcing him? The world seems to be unaware of any subsequent husbands of hers. JackofOz 04:26, 31 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Why is it that so many “experienced” Wikipedia “editors” are incapable of answering simple questions without heavy doses of mean-spirited sarcasm? It is just this behavior that drives new “editors” away in droves and allows “established” editors to maintain “ownership”. Dog Food Danny (talk) 16:18, 6 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
The article should include Fortensky attended Pacifica High School (Garden Grove, California) in the late 1960's. Also it should include his 1999 arrest for drug possession near Indio, California (it should be included in the article about that town). Mike D 26 (talk) 07:27, 25 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I can't find any information on the reason behind four tens being named after him. 76.209.62.250 (talk) 17:40, 6 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The count

[edit]

Fortensky appears to have been Taylor's seventh husband, though she had eight marriages (two, of course, to Richard Burton -- who was not "two husbands"). Could other editors weigh in here on this mathematical technicality which affects the opening of this article? --Tenebrae (talk) 22:59, 25 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Marriages plural

Why does the info box only list Elizabeth Taylor under Spouse(s) when the article clearly lists 2 other spouses? History Lunatic (talk) 01:20, 27 November 2012 (UTC)History Lunatic[reply]
