– A simple Google Books search yields all the initial results to the more popular and rewarded 1981 film, clearly indicating that this is the primary topic and not the 1999 film. Oracle of Delhi 17:16, 30 January 2020 (UTC) Relisting.  — Amakuru (talk) 14:27, 16 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Comment. I understand your point @Narky Blert. But when those 20% of viewers will type Laawaris in the search box, won't both "Laawaris" and "Laawaris (1999 film)" be displayed? And isn't that enough to solve the issue in addition to hatnotes being already present? Oracle of Delhi 23:57, 11 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@Oracle of Delhi:. 100% of readers who type "Laawaris" into the search box will see those two targets. How are they supposed to know which is the one they're looking for? Our goal should be accuracy, not possibly saving one click.
Also, WP:PTOPICs inevitably collect bad links-in which hardly ever get found and fixed. (Links-in to Esplanade need checking from time to time to correct the ones intended for Esplanade, Kolkata. I've fixed over a hundred to that page; I may know two editors who have fixed more than that. You might also be surprised by the number of movies Krishna has allegedly acted in - not been portrayed in, but physically acted in. If that number is currently low or zero, I could guess which editor has made it so (and it wasn't me).) Narky Blert (talk) 00:32, 12 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
