Fair use rationale for Image:Redchile.jpg
[edit]Image:Redchile.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Requested move 5 August 2020
[edit]- The following is a closed discussion of a requested move. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section on the talk page. The result of the move request was: La Red changed to disambiguation page. Consensus that neither topic is primary over the other. There was also no consensus here on the proposal to remove "Chilean" from the title, but that could be proposed separately if there were really an appetite for that. — Amakuru (talk) 12:16, 20 August 2020 (UTC)
La Red (Chilean TV channel) → La Red – The television station is probably more relevant than this 1953 film (where La Red currently redirects) Armbrust The Homunculus 19:23, 5 August 2020 (UTC)
- Comment, I'd make a DAB at base name since neither is primary. "La red" also has other meanings in Spanish like the 'internet or 'network' which are pretty important.--Ortizesp (talk) 03:57, 6 August 2020 (UTC)
- Disambiguate. At eswiki there are 11 articles titled "La Red" linked from a dabpage including a slew of television networks and television-adjacent topics...surprisingly not including the film. The resulting dabpage should also be linked from Red (disambiguation), as most of the eswiki topics would belong there on enwiki (with names that do not include the definite article), but a few do use "La Red" as part of their name: es:La Red (cadena de televisión uruguaya), es:La red (programa de entretenimiento), es:Radio La Red, es:La Red de Radiodifusoras y Televisoras Educativas y Culturales de México (which used to brand itself as "La Red"). Raymie (t • c) 06:36, 6 August 2020 (UTC)
- I also note that WP:NCBC would probably have this titled as "La Red (Chilean TV network)". Raymie (t • c) 06:36, 6 August 2020 (UTC)
- Oppose, instead move film; Disambiguate as above In ictu oculi (talk)
- Comment – even if this is disambiguated, there is no other TV channel/network named "La Red", so "Chilean" is unnecessary disambiguation regardless: it should be at La Red (TV channel) or La Red (TV network). --IJBall (contribs • talk) 20:26, 8 August 2020 (UTC)
- @IJBall: One of the eswiki articles would be La Red (Uruguayan TV network) if we had an article for it here, so no. Raymie (t • c) 02:55, 9 August 2020 (UTC)
- Yep – no preemptive disambiguation. If an article for the Uruguayan channel ever gets created, then we can move this one to further disambiguation. But, right now, it's unneeded. --IJBall (contribs • talk) 02:58, 9 August 2020 (UTC)
