Merge proposal

The following discussion is closed. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section. A summary of the conclusions reached follows.
The result of this discussion was merge. Closing unopposed merge proposal as proposer, per WP:MERGECLOSE.--Trystan (talk) 12:54, 19 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I propose that LGBTQ topics in Mexico be merged into this article so that there is a single WP:BROADCONCEPT article for LGBTQ people in Mexico. The "people" title is preferable for consistency with LGBTQ people in Canada, LGBTQ people in the United States, etc. All "LGBTQ topics" are about LGBTQ people (the history of LGBTQ people, the rights of LGBTQ people, the culture of LGBTQ people, the demographics of LGBTQ people), so there is no need to refer vaguely to "topics". If the resulting article following the merge is too long, additional sub-topics can be spun off and kept here in WP:SUMMARYSTYLE.--Trystan (talk) 13:10, 9 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I'm okay with that. Lewisguile (talk) 10:04, 10 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
There's also a timeline in eswiki. --MikutoH talk! 23:13, 15 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
