Selection for GB team

[edit]

I've ammended the details regarding Tina's selection for Beijing. Her inclusion was not entirely due to the withdrawal of Zara Philips - Team GB selected Daisy Dick (riding Spring Along) and Tina Cook (with Miner's Frolic) as JOINT replacements for the withdrawals of Zara Philips and Lucy Wiegersma. Team GBR and the BEF were very specific in not naming either rider as a direct replacement for Philips.

PS - sorry for not being logged in to add my signature to the ammendment history! --Timetrial (talk) 13:08, 15 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I thought he was better known as a trainer than a jockey? Didn't he train Aldaniti to win the Grand National? The Old Trout (talk) 16:53, 10 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

The link to Guild Care didn't work when I tried it - update link or delete that sentence? The Old Trout (talk) 16:58, 10 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
