Susan Koret's Lawsuit
[edit]It seems like by now there should be some mention of Susan Koret's Lawsuit against the Board of Directors of the Koret foundation for not following the mission of the Koret Foundation's Founder. She also alleges in her lawsuit conflicts of interests in the projects funded by the foundation esp. in regards to Tad Taubman(sp?)T S Ballantine (talk) 08:55, 16 March 2016 (UTC)
- I agree I came to the Wikipedia after doing legal research on foundation and a various law cases. This is up there on importance. It case is legally important and socially relevant. Even if article such as https://www.timesofisrael.com/lawsuit-taube-used-koret-foundation-as-personal-piggy-bank/ are cited.
- One thing I noted was that Susan was the second wife, this should be noted in the article where she is mentioned. She was at odds with Taube. The irony it seems is that the Koret would have lost their company had it not been for Taube being willing to turn it around. He was also the reason for the foundation to be setup in the first place. Also today the Koret family is basically only known for the work of the foundation. So it seems that Susan really had no grounds on ethical reason as Taube basically was the only reason the foundation was even worth anything. 73.231.125.76 (talk) 06:40, 8 April 2024 (UTC)
