Addition of advert tag

I've added the advert tag to the page as recent changes have changed the tone of the page and parts of it now read like promotional material. Most of these uncited changes seem to have been copied and pasted from the marketing web pages from the organisation promoting the Liverpool Knowledge Quarter.
