Stamp image
[edit]The Sandavágur stone also has the same stamp shown and claims that it shows that runestone. Given the size of the inscription, it is probably correct and the Kirkjubøur stone article is incorrect. However, someone with knowledge needs to verify this. - The Faroese description to the image of the stamp says that the rune stone in the foreground is the Sandavágur stone and the inscription in the background is from the Kirkjubøur stone.EileenSanda (talk) 14:30, 10 October 2014 (UTC)
