Errata

Was it finished in 1993 or 1994? Sources report different dates.
- Tsutsumi (2006) says May 1993, which appears to be reflected by most sources, such as Campbell (2007). For some reason, the book published by the architect, Rattenbury (2000), says 1994, but it must be a misprint.
Cost of completion. $27 or $40 million?
- 27 initially, 40 million for redevelopment?
  - Rogers (1991): $25 million
  - Campbell (2007): $35 million.

There are at least three structures in Hawaii based on licensed Wright designs
- "Crescent Moon", Waimea, Hawaii County, Hawaii, built by Sandy Sims[1][2]
- King Kamehameha Golf Course Clubhouse
- ??

The golf clubhouse was featured in the 14th season of the reality competition series The Amazing Race as the finish line of the race.
