[edit]As I am a novice editor I do not have the skills to make this article look like how most normal Wikipedia articles look like. And so I would like to ask you advanced editors to make this into a real thing. Thank you very much! --Deady3728 (talk) 01:05, 13 February 2017 (UTC)

Moved. See support below for this rename along with another suggested title, and since it's been three weeks and a relisting, it's high time to grant this request. Have a Great Day and Happy Publishing! (nac by page mover) Paine Ellsworth put'r there 16:53, 15 August 2018 (UTC)
Hayashiya Kikuo → Hayashiya Kikuō – The notation of name is not exact. ARASHIAKB (talk) 16:44, 25 July 2018 (UTC) --Relisting. — Amakuru (talk) 13:02, 7 August 2018 (UTC)
- Support. There are little to no reliable sources in English without the macron, so by common usage there should be a macron. BigBryan0 (talk) 09:19, 27 July 2018 (UTC)
- Since the article says he is most commonly known as Hayashiya Kikuzō (with his son currently going by that title), Hayashiya Kikuzō I is also an option. Note that since his son used to go by
Kikuō, that titleKikuo, this title is also ambiguous. Dekimasuよ! 17:59, 4 August 2018 (UTC)
- Hayashiya Kikuzō is a disambiguation page on the Japanese Wikipedia with links to ja:林家木久扇 (this article) and ja:林家木久蔵 (2代目) (Hayashiya Kikuzō II, for the son), so I suppose either setup is acceptable, but the only indication of a common name so far is what was written in the article, which would seem to imply that Hayashiya Kikuzō I would be a better title here. Is the common name in English now "Kikuō", or not? Dekimasuよ! 21:07, 13 August 2018 (UTC)
