Khotyn Fortress belonged the most of the time to the romanian rulers
[edit]Khotyn fortress belonged for over 380 years to romanian, 112 years to russian and 90 years to turkisch rulers.--Monterex (talk) 17:09, 26 December 2012 (UTC)
Blatant missing neutral POV
[edit]The point of view of this article is clearly not neutral. It doesn't even mention the annexation of this region (along with Bessarbia) by the Soviet Union. This point is much clearer in other similar articles like Izmail or Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi. landroni (talk) 10:40, 3 March 2014 (UTC)
- Please WP:AGF. This is not a case of WP:POV, but rather, the fact that this article is incomplete. If you feel that this article is missing important information, please add it to the article, citing your sources with a WP:RS of course. WP:JUSTDOIT. No one is stopping you. I'm removing the template.--BoguSlav 22:58, 26 December 2014 (UTC)
