Overhaul

I have added text to this article to make it a non-stub. Much of the material comes from an article on Blackburn by Alan Hart in Northumbrian Naturalist vol. 83. I also got it renamed from "Kathleen Beyer" (I don't know how it got that name) to "Kathleen Bever Blackburn". Note that "Beyer" is wrong and "Bever" is right for the middle name.
