[edit]The image on the page is a propogated hybrid and is not the natural Kangaroo paw The natural kangaroo paw has a single flower on each stem and the stem is also coloured the same as the flower Gnangarra 10:39, 26 September 2005 (UTC)
I changed the referral to black swan as the fauna emblem becasue the correct one is the numbat reference Perth Zoo

[edit]Does anyone know how the Kangaroo Paw, Salt Bush, and the Sturt's Desert Pea have managed to adapt to their particular desert environment. Thanking you in advance....
- Kangaroo Paw doesnt grow in a desert enviroment it native only to SW of WA Gnangarra 10:47, 3 April 2006 (UTC)
