This article has been given a rating which conflicts with the project-independent quality rating in the banner shell. Please resolve this conflict if possible.
The initial version of the article was tagged with "one source" and "notability" tags; I tried to remedy the first issue by adding a large additional number of references from books, journal publications, news articles and official sources, which I would believe to be sufficient foundation for good sourcing in the article.
Regarding notability, in addition to the number of references, I would argue the Institute is historically important (predating the National Hellenic Research Foundation by a full 20 years) for the development of research in Greece as well as for the influence it had on the agricultural policy of the country.
Research conducted in the institute was also certainly internationally recognised as seen from the numerous publications in prestigious journals vide[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10][11][12][13][14] as a few examples (I have not added these references to the main article as they do not directly give any additional information on the Institute other than the relevant research was conducted therein; if other editors find these a suitable addition as representative of the Institute's academic output, please let me know).
With these factors in mind, I will remove the tags for now in good faith; any discussion on that is very welcome.
