Sure, it is perfectly relevant to post here scurrilous anti-Israel propaganda ...

Kana or Kanna

[edit]

Kfar Kana (כפר כנא) is spelt כַּפְר כָּנָּא in Hebrew, denoting the Arabic pronunciation "Kafr Kanna" (with a stronger n).

As far as I know, there is no shadda in the Arabic spelling of the town.

If anyone has any information as to the Hebrew niqqud spelling of the town, or the Arabic harakat spelling, please let me know.

On all Israeli government websites it's spelled as Kafar Kanna and the english spelling on the hebrew article it's spelled Kafar Kanna. --PiMaster3 talk 13:02, 10 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
The residents of the town refer to it as Kafr Kanna (pron. Kufur Kan'a), and its name according to the Israeli govt. would be listed as its official name in the info box

Note for later

Pls add redirect for search term "Kafr Qanna"

[edit]

... as it is sometimes used in scientific contexts for Kafr Kanna. Right now a WP search for Kafr Qanna leads nowhere. Thanks. ArmindenArminden (talk) 18:54, 16 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
