He is co-writer of several Disney films which meets Wikipedia:Notability_(people)#Creative_professionals point 3: "The person has created or played a major role in co-creating a significant or well-known work or collective body of work. The currently provided coverage appears to fall a bit short of meeting WP:GNG, although I was not able to assess the offline sources.
