Areas of both chips and circuits? Densities?
[edit]The tables were created with "Area [mm^2]" columns. These are supposed to be areas of entire chips, not just the circuits. Should columns be added for circuit area? What about adding density columns? EHz (talk) 02:12, 18 October 2015 (UTC)
Add a column for junction materials?
[edit]The materials used to make Josephson junctions can be important and provide useful information to the reader. Entries in the column might look like: "Nb/Al-AlOx/Nb", "Nb/AlN/Nb", or "NbN/MgO/NbN". A complication is that the superconductor community uses this / notation from bottom to top layer, whereas the semiconductor community does the opposite. A reference would help, if one can be found.
Note that the transistor count page does not include information about how the transistors were made (e.g., Si, Si-Ge, GaAs). EHz (talk) 16:50, 11 November 2015 (UTC)
