Academy of Art
[edit]I removed the line about the Academy of Art renting the 1519 space. As noted below, The Center for Sex and Culture and Mama Calizo's Voice Factory are the current tenants, although both plan on moving soon due to code violations (see http://www.ebar.com/news/article.php?sec=news&article=4924) and the space's future is in serious flux.

Closed?
[edit]Conflicting information to the closure, re-opening and reasons for closure exist. it would be good to expand and provided in-text references noting the turn of events. Plus clarify why they may still have an active presence if not the building itself.Benjiboi 23:39, 27 September 2007 (UTC)
- Update. Although the JSC has a web presence it looks like they are closed and new tenants, The Center for Sex and Culture and three other tenants have moved in. Benjiboi 20:39, 1 October 2007 (UTC)
Expand
[edit]The beginning, history and development of the Center is woefully missing as is their "AIR" programs and references to notable artists. Benjiboi 23:39, 27 September 2007 (UTC)
