Support, quick look at NOAA websites shows that the branch's been renamed and given more responsibilities. Their official website gives the date of transition as October 1, 2021, and here's an article in the Honolulu Star-Advertiser announcing the change a few months earlier. ~ KN2731 {talk · contribs} 13:48, 18 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
