Sissy Bladely or Sissy Blakely?

This article says that Sissy's surname is Bladely, although I swear that I've only heard "Blakely" in the series. Has anyone noticed this? (Sorry, don't know how to sign post.) —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.132.2.181 (talk) 00:31, 8 February 2009 (UTC)

Show status

Did this series get the axe dropped on it in the midst of the CW merger? I've noticed very little concerning the WB Saturday line-up and they've only started to get teasers circulating for some of the newer crop of shows but it seems like they have neglected to mention anything concerning their previous ones. 71.156.84.94 12:47, 26 August 2006 (UTC)

I've seen a few commercials for an new season so i believe itll be back (unfortunately) (A Proud Star Wars Geek 16:23, 2 September 2006 (UTC))
No, new episodes are part of the new Kids' WB lineup on The CW. It comes on right after Shaggy & Scooby Get A Clue. --carpeNoctem 19:34, 25 September 2006 (UTC)

Susan & Mary

I think that Susan gets way to much atention. While We are lucky to even hear Mary! This is a list of all the things I have notised.

  1. 1 Bling Bling Boy is in love with Susan. Not bolth Susan and Mary.
  2. 2Susan talks more then Mary.
  3. 3Susan introduces more inventions then Mary.

Ok that is all I got so far. Now this woulden't bug me so much exepet for the fact my name is Mary. But I think that the least the people who made Johnny Test could do is give Mary a little more recinishon. User: Maine sugar

You could learn proper English spelling and grammar and not waste talk page space, but I'm not complaining. 70.44.150.168 (talk) 20:03, 17 April 2008 (UTC)

You do have a point there. But at least Mary gets to talk in every episode :) It would be funny if Bling Bling Boy fell in love with both! :) —Preceding unsigned comment added by 96.225.178.63 (talk) 16:40, 13 August 2008 (UTC)

Episode List

I think there should be a list of episodes added to the article. Knuckles sonic8 20:09, 14 September 2006 (UTC)

Cartoon Network?

The wikipedia article opens by saying: It premiered on September 17, 2005 and airs Saturday mornings at 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM. Nine months later, it was introduced to Cartoon Network, on June 5, 2006, shown every day, replacing the 5:30 PM Robotboy slot. It now, also, airs on Teletoon in Canada.

What Cartoon Network was this person watching because Johnny Test never took over the Robotboy slot and it was never on Cartoon Network, only Kids' WB - I watch Cartoon Network every day so I would not have missed something like that. --carpeNoctem 19:38, 25 September 2006 (UTC)

Vandalism!

Who put up a picture of Johnny as a rock star non-animated? Vandals!

I checked the history, and Mimhpy150 posted the original picture in september. other people enlarged it.

Dexter Lab ripoff

I'm surprised that no one has mentioned all of the similarities some are just reversed.

  • Dee Dee is a sister that messes with super intelligent brother's inventions.
  • Johnny is a brother that messes with super intelligent sisters' inventions.
  • Dee Dee is a tall blond sister with a short redheaded brother with square glasses
  • Johnny is a short blond brother with 2 tall redheaded sisters with square glasses
  • Dexter's nemesis Mandark has a crush on his sister Dee Dee
  • Johnny's nemesis Bling Bling boy has a crush on his sister Susan.
  • Also manDARK while Bling is something that is light and shiny. (maybe that's a reach)
  • Dexter's Mom is obsessed with cleaning the house
  • Johnny's father is obsessed with cleaning the house
  • Johnny's mom works like a stereotypical father.
  • Dexter's dad is a stereotypical father

Now don't get me wrong I still like the show. I was just wondering if anyone noticed how similar the shows are? --Pixarian 06:00, 07 February 2007 you are totally right i thought olny i noticed that.

  • Dee Dee badly treats exprements
  • Johnny badly treats exprements.
Well technically you can call it a "rip off" since the show does have a sort of similar theme. The show does have a slightly different story and tone, poking fun of various things and having the family or other characters team up to fight an experiment gone wrong. A great show though. 71.103.79.231 21:37, 21 July 2007 (UTC)

Personally I did not realise the show are simmilar untill I read this article. Here are the differences between the shows that makes them seem different (to me at least).

  • Dee Dee breaks things while playing in the lab.
  • Johnny uses his sister's inventions for his and Dukey's own needs.
  • Dexter keeps his lab a secret from his parents.
  • Susan and Mary's parents know about their lab.
  • Dee Dee does not have a talking dog as a friend.
  • This show focuses on Johnny and Dukey rather than Susan and Mary.
  • Mandark's parents are hippies.
  • Bling Bling Boy's parents are not hippies (as far as I know of).
  • Susan and Mary have a crush on Gil.
  • Dexter does not have a crush on any recurring characters. (He only had a crush in a few episodes)

As for the similarities between the two shows, Chris Savino (the director for seasons 3 and 4 of Dexter's Lab) worked on Johnny Test. Duo02 ~Please direct all praises/complaints here.~ 14:36, 16 October 2008 (UTC)

Cartoon Network Reruns

Cartoon Network will be airing reruns beginning January 7th, 2008. According to Collideascope Animation Studios no decision has been reached on whether the show will be renewed. No series finale has been produced and any mention of one is pure speculation. This should also be noted in the episode list, as the episodes Cartoon Network will be running are not new episodes and do not constitute a new season. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.52.195.122 (talk) 02:35, 29 December 2007 (UTC)

Fair use rationale for Image:Jonny.jpg

Image:Jonny.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Twin Sisters

I think we should have different sections for Susan and Mary. They have some differances. Like their hairstyle and hair clips, plus clothes under their labcoats, and glasses. But they have different personalities, too. I'm watchin' you,mon (talk) 21:33, 9 January 2008 (UTC)

Mary Janes

According to the article, Susan wears Mary Janes. But what episode shows that she just calls them sneakers? 210.4.121.101 (talk) 13:33, 24 February 2008 (UTC)

Area 51.1

I notice that Area 51.1-the base where Mr. White and Mr. Black, and the General are stationed at-are never mentioned. Should information about Are 51.1 be put into the article? Armiris (talk) 04:45, 29 February 2008 (UTC)

Has this show been cancelled?

Just wondering. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 130.13.88.108 (talk) 18:53, 2 April 2008 (UTC)

Triva

Future Episodes=

I have asked Cookie Jar if they will have more future episodes, and they are working on the end of season 3, should we put that in the article? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Eurocarfan00 (talkcontribs) 02:16, 23 August 2008 (UTC)

Smash Badger

Shouldn't someone add that Smash Badger is a parody of Crash Bandicoot? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.5.222.202 (talk) 04:40, 12 September 2008 (UTC)

Sissy's voice

According to the season 1 credits shown on the Cartoon Network version, Brittney Wilson provided Sissy's voice for season 1, and possibly season 2. Maryke Hendrikse may have provided her voice for season 3. Duo02 ~Please direct all praises/complaints here.~ 20:17, 14 October 2008 (UTC)

Mary Sue?

Do you think Susan and Mary are named that way because they are based off of Mary Sue? I've noticed that this show rips off Johnny Quest, Dexter's Lab, and many other things. Is it possible this is supposed to be a joke on badly written fanfiction?141.157.101.100 (talk) 22:34, 13 November 2008 (UTC)

Why?

If there a Season 4 possibly being worked on, why is their still a link saying Johnny Test has been discontinued? It doesn't make sense, so eitheir the claiming is wrong, or the link is wrong. SuperGirl64 —Preceding undated comment was added at 20:24, 28 November 2008 (UTC).
