The brief mention of the Foundation's failure to file tax returns until a number of years later does not belong in the Philanthropy section for the obvious reason that it has nothing to do with the Foundation's donations, but with the organization. The information cited from the article is clearly a matter of fact (easily verified in the original documents) rather than opinion, and there is no reason to tack on any qualifiers for the source of the report. When we cite The Guardian or The Wall Street Journal for statements of fact, we never qualify them as "left-leaning" or "right-leaning" as easily seen in their usage on WP. a13ean (talk) 19:21, 18 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
