Penalty

In the info box, is it really appropriate to call Institutionalization a penalty? I think treatment would be a better word. He was found not guilty by reason of insanity, so very technically there was no penalty. He was merely undergoing treatment for his illness until he was no longer dangerous.JMM12345 (talk) 16:40, 14 October 2021 (UTC)JMM12345
