Father of Modern Taxidermy: John Hancock vs. Carl Akeley
[edit]How is it that Carl Akeley (May 19, 1864 – November 17, 1926), who arrived on the scene after Hancock, is also widely known as the "Father of Modern Taxidermy"? Clearly Akeley would have been influenced by Hancock since they overlapped. Can they share this title on Wikipedia? – Down time (talk) 16:14, 7 March 2018 (UTC)
