"Boom Sha-la-la-lo" clarification?
[edit]The text says that Boom Sha-la-la-lo was "written for John by Bruce Woodley of The Seekers while they were in South Africa".
The John Edmond website says it was "written for The Seekers by Hans Poulsen and Bruce Woodley": see John's Biography at johnedmond.co.za.
Hans Poulsen did co-write the song, and he had already had an Australian hit with it in 1970 when John Edmond's version was released in 1971.
