[edit]An image used in this article, File:Jan 2011 Headshot Albers.jpg, has been nominated for speedy deletion at Wikimedia Commons for the following reason: Copyright violations

Copyvio removed
[edit]I was copy-editing parts of this article when I realized that the entire article is a copy-paste of Senator Alber's biography link on Georgia's Senate webpage. There is no release granting reuse of the information, copyrights are assumed in the absence of stipulations otherwise, and Georgia is not a public domain state. I haven't researched who introduced the copied prose but I did notice several edits from User:Senatoralbers; I imagine the error originated from good intentions biased by conflicting interests and a general lack of editing clue. I will be correcting the discrepancies and republishing the information using "free" prose; shortly. Thank you for understanding—Cheers. :) John Cline (talk) 03:57, 29 June 2013 (UTC)
Possible self-editing, removal of cited information
[edit]I recently had an edit on this page reverted by an IP address which appears to have only edited this article and further appears to have admitted to being John Albers: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:47.39.190.24
