- To merge the cartoon into the page of the author, for context and short text. Klbrain (talk) 18:28, 19 December 2022 (UTC)
@The lorax: I propose merging What if it's a big hoax and we create a better world for nothing? into Joel Pett. There is only one secondary source establishing notability in that article, and it's only three paragraphs, one of which is a short lead, and one of which is mainly a quote by Pett. This page already includes most of the information mentioned on the comic's page anyway. WPscatter t/c 04:48, 7 November 2022 (UTC)
Oppose. There’s indeed notability. RodRabelo7 (talk) 06:09, 7 November 2022 (UTC)- From one news article? I certainly won't argue it isn't notable enough to mention on Wikipedia - hence this merge proposal and not an AfD - but in its current state it's better as a section of the author's article. - Support They are both very small articles which are unlikely to grow very big Chidgk1 (talk) 12:29, 7 November 2022 (UTC)
- Support per Chidgk1. Just not independently notable. ~ HAL333 02:11, 8 November 2022 (UTC)
- Support not because the comic isn't notable without leaning on the BLP article, but the other way around; the bio subject even says as much with the quote "I've drawn 7,000 cartoons in my life, but really only one". Arlo James Barnes 08:41, 24 November 2022 (UTC)
- Support per Chidgk1 and WPscatter's reply to RodRabelo7. Makes sense. El monty (talk) 12:47, 28 November 2022 (UTC)
- Support. I think there's simply too little content here to justify a separate article. Oktayey (talk) 20:25, 8 December 2022 (UTC)
