Coatrack

[edit]

It appears that this article is, and has always been, about the Exodus from the District of Jerusalem, not the District of Jerusalem. Why are only depopulated settlements listed? Why not all the settlements that were in the district? Incidentally, this would be the appropriate location to also list their population figures, not the articles about the battles of the 1948 Arab–Israeli War, where this is irrelevant. —Ynhockey (Talk) 15:41, 2 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

That does not make any sense. If you want to add all the cities and villages then by all means, feel free. But to say that a list, no matter if it is partial or complete, of the cities in the District is a coatrack makes no sense at all. nableezy - 19:06, 2 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
The problem is that from the beginning, the list intentionally included only depopulated villages. I can add a few others, but don't have a comprehensive list so it seems pointless. At least the list of depopulated villages is complete, but it presents a neutrality problem. If you have a complete list of localities within the district, I'd be glad to take a look.
