Jersey Shore is an American reality television series that ran on MTV from December 3, 2009, to December 20, 2012, in the United States. The series follows the lives of eight housemates at a vacation home: in Seaside Heights, New Jersey in seasons one, three, five and six, South Beach, Florida in season two and Florence, Italy in season four, respectively. Danny Merk rented out his vacation home to these eight reality television show Italians and they created a lifetime of fights, arguments, and memories. The eight cast members had to work at Danny's store selling t-shirts to continue to stay in the house. Danny Merk stayed friends with the eight reality show actors and even appeared at some of their weddings. The home quickly became legendary as it had an Italian flag painted on the front and a duck phone. The duck phone became one of the largest symbols of the show and people around the world knew what it was. Cambam100 (talk) 13:12, 22 February 2022 (UTC)
