There are two related issues about this article. The first is whether the subject satisfies academic notability. The second is whether this article has been improperly moved from draft space into article space by an editor with a conflict of interest. The first issue, the core policies of notability and neutrality, cannot be decided in a neutral manner while the second issue is unresolved. User:Rmolkentin has been notified that the conflict of interest is being discussed at the conflict of interest noticeboard. They are advised that if they make any further edits to the article, a partial block will be requested. They have a conflict of interest and may not decide when the article is ready for article space.
