Why Don't I See Him on Animal Planet Anymore?

[edit]

I haven't seen him on Animal planet in months. Is there something going on?

Food TV Network

[edit]

I just watched Extreme Cuisine with Jeff Corwin on the TV Food network and was impressed. Jeff took a trip throughout Thailand, trying out weird dishes, and demonstrating a command of the language. He must also be multi-lingual. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 132.228.195.206 (talk) 23:52, 2 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I've added the show to his Filmography, but it's supposedly just a one-time special, so it doesn't warrant the same coverage as a regular TV series. Belasted (talk) 01:17, 3 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
This actually wasn't a one-time show, and I'm a bit surprised that someone hasn't added this to the bio. He did the first season last year for the Food Network of Extreme Cuisine, and the 2nd season started airing again on the Food Network on August 19, 2010 (I'm watching it whilst I'm typing this). 74.107.146.22 (talk) 03:55, 3 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

OK, apparently someone who did Jeff's Bio has a bias toward his Animal shows as he is NOT best known for this type of activity/programing, he is just as well known for his Extreme Cuisine with Jeff Corwin program. Perhaps even a different program in which he was cooking as he was on Broadcast Television cooking for several Seasons. The cooking programs were on prior to any of his other shows and his cooking is what introduced Jeff Corwin to the world of television programing in the first place. He even cooked in his own home introducing us to his domestic side and his wife. PLEASE EDIT THE BIO TO REFLECT REALITY.--2602:306:CF5B:6C80:716B:11A1:A675:4D5E (talk) 15:10, 12 April 2014 (UTC)F.K.A. DocOck[reply]

Crocidle Hunter

[edit]

I heard that Jeff Corwin was going to finish the couple remaining episodes for the Crocodile Hunter. Gwag

That would be cool! A great way to honor Irwin. Zetco 20:28, 24 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I JUST head that he was JUST killed by a Wildabeast, prepare for an edit war. This is rumor / hearsay at this point, but we'll see. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.98.189.118 (talk) 23:09, 22 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

"Attacked" by an elephant?

[edit]

I find this a strange way to refer to what happened, when Corwin himself has said the elephant was just trying to play and didn't realize her own size. He said this on 360, and if I can find the instance of it in the CNN blog, I plan to change this.

I think it's odd, too. The text currently says "angry elephant". There's no clear evidence from what I can see on the video that the elephant is "angry". If the elephant had truly been angry it could have easily killed Corwin, and everyone else in the area. --Sunspot42 21:06, 27 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Also, it says his arm still doesn't work, but only cites an appearance on Cooper (which occurred after the incident I believe). 12.206.222.20 (talk) 13:29, 14 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Probable vandalism in "Early Life"

[edit]

I couldn't help but laugh at the line "Corwin was born in Space in 2173, where he attended Robo-Norwell High School..." —Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.185.239.23 (talk) 18:42, 9 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Revision/Updating Needed

[edit]

The whole article could use some updating, reorganization, and revision. There appears to be no new information after about 2012, and what information there is lacks details and sources. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 50.169.61.193 (talk) 00:51, 2 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
