Notability
[edit]It is currently unclear whether this person from history is notable enough for an article on Wikipedia, since no secondary sources are cited. By the notability criteria for biographies, independent reliable sources are required to make sure that the subject is notable. These sources might be, for example, an independent biography of the person, or history books in which he is mentioned.
It may well be possible that the sources cannot be found online; that does not matter, it is however important that they are explicitly cited. Please add such sources to the article.
If there is no other biographical information available than currently contained in the stub, it might be best just to redirect this article to the article about the cathedral.
For the time being, I am replacing the “importance” tag with “notability”. Sorted as part of the Notability wikiproject. --B. Wolterding 17:47, 1 July 2007 (UTC)
