Register of Ships Produced
[edit]The table (which has subsequently received some amendment) was inserted here in 2009 by user "Idoysterbay" without any attribution. In fact it has been lifted directly from Tim Colton's "US Shipbuilding History" website at http://shipbuildinghistory.com/history/shipyards/5small/inactive/jakobson.htm It appears to have been accessed in 2009, incorporating the revisions made to that page following extensive research undertaken and provided to Tim Colton in 12/2008. There is no breach of copyright - see statement at foot of http://www.shipbuildinghistory.com/ - but it is shameful that the appropriate credit was not given. It is now added. - I've moved the <ref>...</ref> from the section heading. As it existed, the section heading link in the Contents box linked to an anchor called "Register_of_Ships_Produced.5B5.5D" (.5B and .5D are the character codes for square brackets). An external link to this anchor requires the whole section title including the [5]. But, if references in the article are added, or deleted, or the article text is rearranged, then the reference number attached to the section heading might also change which would break external links to the section. Somewhat similar to the issue described in Help:Manual of Style#Section headings--Trappist the monk (talk) 14:45, 20 October 2011 (UTC)
