This entry reads more a corporate brochure or series of excerpts from annual reports.

Power Generation Strategy

There's nothing about JEA's decisions on power generation (moving to coal while other utilities were moving toward renewables or cleaner fossil-fuel sources), and the subsequent financial bind this has placed the utility in. Related, there's nothing about the closure of the city's coal-fired northside generating station decades earlier than expected because of the rise of natural gas, etc.

Renewables and Residential Solar

Nothing.

Water and Sewer

Basically nothing about the water and sewer side of the utility's operations.
