There are no references to support the assertion that the Popolari Party was specifically banned in 1925, it may be the case that all political parties (other than the fascist party) were banned, however this needs to be researched and clearly referenced if it is the case. This dating also conflicts with the 'November 5, 1926' date given for dissolution of the party.
