I am pretty sure that some of the children listed here as Isabel of Scotland's direct children are in fact her grandchildren through her son William. For example, they show William as being born before 1200 CE, but his next oldest brother is not born until 1223 more than 25 years later. Based on the birth year for Isabel of about 1165, if this Robert was her son, she would have been 58 years old when she gives birth to her second son. Furthermore, on Robert de Ros' wiki page, it states that his son Robert died in 1270, whereas the Robert listed on Isabel's page says he died in 1285. Robert de Ros' wiki page also indicates only 2 children were born of the union rather than 4. I am pretty sure that the Robert listed on Isabel's wiki page is not the correct Robert and that, other than William, the dates/ages accorded to Isabel's other listed children on this page are not in fact her children, but her grandchildren through her son William. 146.6.208.43 (talk) 21:40, 28 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
