Hi! I noticed that reference 4 "Spud Sunday: Return of the Lumper" does include the quote used on this wiki page, but the theme of the article is actually that the quote is not justified by a modern tasting. I am not an experienced Wikipedia editor so I leave it to someone more experienced to look at reference 4 and consider adjusting this page.
